The Studio
Welcome to our cozy studio in the heart of Prahran.
At The Brow Lab, we are all about creating a safe and relaxing space for you to unwind.
The Brow Lab is a one woman show — Ashlee, a bachelor qualified dermal clinician, sees every client herself. There is no hand-off, no queue, no one else in the room. Just one appointment, one set of hands, and the time to do it properly.
The studio is inside Freedom Suites at Suite 5, 20 Grattan St, Prahran — a quiet, privately arranged venue built for this kind of work.
Three days a week. No walk-ins. No rush. The whole model is built on the assumption that you deserve your hour.

Booking & cancellation
A small non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your time. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling, you will forfeit your booking fee.
This includes if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for covid. Our booking policy is non-negotiable, as it is designed to protect our time. Allowing enough notice to fill the gap provides the opportunity for eager clients on a waiting list to fill the space, and your booking fee will be transferred to your future booking as a thank you.
48 hours notice is required to reschedule, which can be done via your confirmation email.
Payments
EFTPOS and cash payments are welcome. Excluding AMEX. We do not offer Afterpay or payment plans.
No-show fees
For appointments under 1 hour, your card details will be stored upon booking to secure your time.
Appointments over 1 hour require a booking fee to be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
*Multiple cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of online booking privileges.
