Booking multiple services in one visit
If you wish to book multiple services: please select your first treatment (ie. Brow Sculpt), then using the “add ons” category, select your additional service (ie. Lash Lift).
Please check the date and time selected is correct before finalising your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may not have finalised your booking.

Suite 5 is a quiet, private studio inside Freedom Suites, reserved for one client at a time.

Policy
Booking fee
A small non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your time. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling, you will forfeit your booking fee.
This includes if you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for covid. Our booking policy is non-negotiable, as it is designed to protect our time.
Allowing enough notice to fill the gap provides the opportunity for eager clients on a waiting list to fill the space, and your booking fee will be transferred to your future booking as a thank you.
48 hours notice is required to reschedule, which can be done via your confirmation email. Failure to provide 48 hours notice results in loss of your booking fee.
No-show fees
For appointments under 1 hour, your card details will be stored upon booking to secure your time. If you do not show to your appointment you will be charged a no-show fee of:
Appointments over 1 hour will require a booking fee to be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee.
*Multiple cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of online booking privileges.
